Never having been in love with the Beatles, I'm not that precious about people desecrating their songs...

I have a single from the early eighties by a German singer called Gina X, a cover version of "Drive My Car", in synthetic electro-pop stylee with Gina adopting an emotionless monotone vocal style.(A Teutonic equivalent of The Flying Lizards??) It's ice-cool.

Come to think of it, The Flying Lizards version of "Money" was pretty darned cool too.
