It was a guy singing, catchy tune and newish sounding. The only lyrics I think I managed to capture are "Take away the pain", and "not the same anymore". Like a light pop/rock tune sounding similar to Vertical Horizon type music. Is anyone familiar with the song? It's probably something really simple, but I know I have not heard the name of the song before when it has played - as usual, the DJ did not say the name. It is so nice and now I must find out what it is, please help me This time I could sortof hear it a bit better, and it turns out it is a little different to what I thought it was before: "It's not fair anymore" or "you're not there anymore, you don't care anymore". You could definitely compare it to Crowded House or Vertical Horizon, like adult contemporary pop rock with a repeating synth. It's not The Cardigans, Rise Against or Story of the Year which are the searches that come up when I look for the lyrics. I am sure it was a popular song as it plays quite a bit. I did one more search with what I thought could be some more of the lyrics - it's called "Shooting Star" by Deepest Blue!!!
