Farin
There are tons of songs that are 'maybe' or even 'probably' about drugs, but in most cases it's open for interpretation and often denied by the artists ("Purple Haze", "Brain Stew" et al.) So, what songs do you know that are really, 100%, drug related?

"Gold Dust Woman" ~ Fleetwood Mac I wasn't, that's what my line about wanting to be on drugs whenever I heard it was about. I was mostly making fun of the song. Farin
Sweet Jane By The Velvet Underground! how's that about drugs? Does alcohol count? there's a lot of drinkin' songs some people even think alcohol is one of the more worse drugs around (see "The Irony of it All" above) maybe a "Drinking song" doesn't really fit in here, but if you know one about alcohol abuse then I'd like to hear it another example: The Needle and the Damage Done ~ Neil Young I caught you knockin' at my cellar door, I love you baby can I have some more? Oh, the damage done. I hit the city and I lost my band, I watched the needle take another man. Gone, gone, the damage done. I sing the song because I love the man, I know that some of you don't understand. Milk blood to keep from runnin' out. I've seen the needle and the damage done, a little part of it in everyone, but every junkie's like a settin' sun.
