MindCrime Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 I doubt anybody else would get it, he wasn't very popular in America, and his era isn't as well-known on these boards.
Levis Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 (edited) hint: I recognised him immediatly - but he's not a German David Hasselhoff? Edited April 24, 2009 by Guest kwoat
Farin Posted April 24, 2009 Author Report Posted April 24, 2009 ^ nooo okay, then... that's Johann Hölzel, aka Falco this one might not be easy:
MindCrime Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 John McCrea True Story - back in 1997, I was standing outside a grocery store with my friends and we saw this guy who looks exactly like him, right down to his hat. We asked him, "Are you the lead singer of Cake?" and he said "Come to the show and find out!"
Farin Posted April 24, 2009 Author Report Posted April 24, 2009 wow, cool (and that's right, of course )
MindCrime Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 I doubt it was him though, because they're from Sacramento, which is quite a ways away. Unless they were doing a show here around that time.
miamisammy29 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 Thanks, Dapps. I never knew what that mountain thing was. Okay, here's one.... And check out that COOL red leather suit.
miamisammy29 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 No, not Arsenio Hall. I don't think there are any pictures of him in existence anymore. And sorry I cut in front of you, man. I was just making sure it worked. The next person can answer both.
MindCrime Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 Clarence Clemons (Sax - Bruce Springsteen's E-Street Band) ?

LeeBB Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 Poor guy, he looks like me now Thats what happens when you get O L D Wow! Thanks for that ;-) Anyways, I thought Krist one was pretty obvious. That's still the same face he's always had. But how about this guy?: Should be easy enough for some... LBB
MindCrime Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 His hair-due makes him look sorta like Gavin Rossdale or Michael Hutchence, but it's not them.
Lea Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 Not to worry LeeBB this Lea is much, much older then thee And your guys pic looks like a very, very young Eric Clapton to me. With really bad hair
Levis Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 I KNOW that guy!! ... Michael Hutchence? Yes? yes?
Levis Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 Oh wait, MC said that already... it must be right then.
LeeBB Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 Actually, MC said that it *wasn't* Michael Hutchence, so Levis gets the prize. Yay!!! That is indeed a quite young Hutchence, I'd say a couple of years before INXS went big outside Australia, maybe about the time Nile Rodgers produced "The Swing" album. I remember a big outdoor festival in 1982, and the final night's line-up was Pretenders, Talking Heads and INXS. They were all great, as you'd expect, but Michael and the boys just blew the others off the stage. What a night!! LBB
Levis Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 He did, didn't he? Hah, I tohtally win, yay me! Oh... my turn... Must think
