edna
Laurie, I love that song... of course, just like with ELO or Wizzard, I love almost everything The Move did... Yet my fave song -except for the eternal Top ten loser"Blackberry Way" - is "Looking Through The Eyes Of A Fool", by Roy Wood (and Wizzard, I believe...) . I will have to buy the cd one day, I cannot find it in the web...

Uncle Joe
I was listening to Maria Muldaur's "Heart Of Mine" when I decided to youtube her and found this gem. It's from the late 60's when she sang with the Jim Kweskin Jug Band. The fellow on the far right is Jeff Muldaur, later to be her husband. Very early Maria D'Amato (Muldaur) Here's the continuation... continuation And check out this sexy lil thing on Don Kirshner's Rock Concert from 1973... Maria's Midnight..... 35 years ago. Man, that made me feel so old. I was only 27 then.

Epiphany
Reason #47 why I love David Bowie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrmiDWzGvSI. "I will catch a butterfly and eat it, and I won't be sick." The lyrics are kind of heavy, but I just want to pinch his gaunt little cheeks.
