Actress/singer Lindsay Lohan will release a new album, despite her last pop offering bombing on the charts. She tells MTV News, "We'll start in probably June or July and take four months." Lohan's debut album 'Speak' reached number four on the Billboard album charts in 2004, while 'A Little More Personal (Raw)' only managed to reach number 20.
