katie_sane
You Americans (and Canadian ) subscribe to all this crap much more than we do. All that giving Valentine's stuff is banned at schools, so it's not really something we grow up with. Kinda like Halloween. My dad has bought my mum flowers the past three or four years but only because she got fed up with not ever getting flowers off him. And he sends me into the florist to order them for him! Lucky
Namahage,I always loved Hallowen, but "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" used to depress me for that very reason! Year after year the poor kid uttered those same words!!

TheLizard
I've watched it almost every year, since I can remember. It's sort of a ritual. Whoa, when did I become a starfish! Groovy!
Lucky
I too watched it every year. As I only stopped when my kids became grown. As in over 21! Also the Christmas special, with the poor little tree. The Wizard of Oz is still a tradition! Congrats to our newest starfish!!
Red Fish
There we go. I end up watching it almost every year, too. My dad's always loved the Peanuts stuff, so we have a few of the movies. But ugh, those new ones are terrible. Anyway... Halloween is just a headache for me anymore. It used to be just a stomachache.
