Just as tasty as turkey, only you can have it more than once a year! I usually make the stuffing for the chicken. Lots of leeks and artichokes.

Worst thing I've eaten is without a doubt haggis though (sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach (thank you wiki). Where's the throwing up smiley?
