Carl
Hello. We're scheduled to interview Ingrid Croce, who was married to Jim when he died far too young, on Monday. If there's anything you'd like me to ask about the man and his songs, post here and I'll ask Ingrid.
RonJonSurfer
I love the music of Jim Croce...I always said he was a musician that could have endured for years because his music was popular with so many different types of listeners. My one question would be...Are there any unreleased songs in the vault? Is there any chance of hearing unreleased material in the future? I don't recall hearing about any over the years. Thanks Carl! Elvish
Probably too late for this, but: "Time in a Bottle" was such a haunting song, and an appropriate epitaph. What was Croce's inspiration for the song? Was it written for his wife and son?
Otokichi
Considering the season and the lyrics, would "It Doesn't Have To Be That Way" be considered a Christmas/Holiday song? (I'm thinking along the lines of Dan Fogelberg's "Same Old Lang Syne.")
