Batman
what song parts are very random? You know, ones where it seems like the artist just threw them in there for no apparent reason? The Cage by Elton John is a good song, it sounds like a normal early Elton John rock n roll song, but then in the middle, this weird synth solo that is in a different key comes in, and it sounds like it would be heard at the Star Trek disco party. Then it becomes Eltonish again.
Crazy Don
The best song I can think of is "Susan" by the Buckinghams which has a psychedelic bridge and then that's followed by "love, love, love" and then it goes back to the song it once was. Batman
About 10 minutes into "Supper's Ready" by Genesis, the music stops, and Peter Gabriel says, in a very surprised fashion, "a flower?!"
Levis
Those strange out-of-nowhere sounds midway through "Owner of a Lonely Heart" by Yes.

Jimmy1104
Nights In White Satin....the poem on the end of the song I always thought was strange. Breathe deep the gathering gloom, watch lights fade from every room........ So Laurie, what do you think they were talking of at the end of the song? I always thought it was about death. TheTallOne
Not really random, but at the end of a certain version of "Come on Eileen" a singer comes on and sings a half minute Irish sounding folk song. Kind of strange. Probably has a meaning, but I don't care.
lonelyday
There's this annoying song we play at work, and in the middle it has this phone ringing type sound, I always used to think it was the phone ringing, and now I never notice when the phone actually rings because of this song. invisible_r
the same happens in "nothing came out" by the moldy peaches and they start laughing, i think it's because it was probably low budget recording
