Carl
In case you've ever wondered how much difference a little music and a few edits make, check This out. It loads very slow, but will give Mike a chance to try out his new broadband connection. My suggestion is to work on something else while it loads (maybe) read some threads here. Carl
Oh, that's good. I like the West Side Story zombies. What A lot of people don't realize is that up until a few years ago, if you wanted to make a movie trailer, you'd commission an editor, give him a copy of the film, and let him put something together. He would pick the music and the studio would clear it. Now, they are scrutinized a lot more, but there are clearly some board and creative movie editors out there making zombie musicals. Ken
They screened Halloween with no music, and it didn't go over very well. Then they added the well known piano scales music and people freaked. Ken.
Mike
Watch Jaws without the music/sound, or the quintessential horror classic "Psycho" without music. Might as well watch an info-mercial, has the same zip!
Tenacious_Peaches
They screened Halloween with no music, and it didn't go over very well. Then they added the well known piano scales music and people freaked. I think the music in that movie scares me more than the actual movie. Creepy, creepy, creepy. invisible_r
i'm not sure "psycho" would be "yawn" without the music. as for "halloween", the movies sucks, it's so not scary so i'm sure it is just the music that freaks people out! RyanTurtle
As far as music goes....hands down to Star Wars and The Godfather....music made Star Wars....and the music made The Godfather better.
Batman
I feel the same about "Rosemary's Baby." I find the music in that movie scarier than the movie itself!
