i apologise if this come out weird but you see, i am still asleep, anyway, i'm sorry if the whole mentioning of things disappearing or whatever in the new website has caused unecessary stress, i just thought it would be useful to mention. i , and i think i speak for everyone, really appreciate the work moderators and administrators do to keep the site running

and then to the message boards in the last week or so,

There were some problems with the main site earlier in the week, but I don't know of any recent ones with the boards.

We are having some dastardly problems on the main site, but the boards are on a separate server, so they should stay functional. I'd suggest bookmarking the forum.songfacts.com link so you can get here even if the main site is down.

We do have some elves writing clever code that should make us much more stable on the main site. The good news is that enough people love us to crash our server from time to time.
