Mike
many, many great ones, I grew up listing to classical and the moody blues, many different instruments and arrangements, my ears felt "stimulated" along with my mind and even to an extent my body. good vibrations will do that. -just had this earworm emerge from my memory today, had to pull it out and give her play .. my idea of an eargasmic tune, listen to the arrangements, the instruments, you just can't help but come to the simultaneous conclusion

RonJonSurfer
In a world of over-produced videos, that one is a breath of fresh air. The video actually accentuates the instruments and vocals. Simplicity reigns supreme and always will. Nice call on this song...haven't heard it eons. RonJonSurfer
About a decade later, 1976 actually, I rolled onto Rutgers campus in a brand new Firebird and had this little ditty from Jeff Beck cranking on the stereo
Otokichi
1976? Oh yeah, the Bicentennial year! This made the cut that year.Ooh, a brand new Pontiac Firebird? Gee us folks at the state university had to make do with Footmobile or public transit.
RonJonSurfer
I wasn't one of those that you think I was...I commuted to school because I was making too much money running my own business...still needed a degree though. I made enough to buy that Firebird. My business partner, also my best friend from high school did the same thing..only he bought a Mustang Mach I. Billboard number one hit for 1976 was Silly Love Songs.
