I didn't realise the Threads were so dead. What a shame - we used to have a lot of fun. Of course I'm retired so I have more spare time than most of you, but I think I'll take my leave from Songfacts once again.

I was in a daze when I posted that, I guess.

If you noticed, I didn't even look up the year for the song. I'm going to withdraw that entry and add a different one.

I totally wasn't paying attention when I made that last entry.

And not just any U.S. or UK Hit, if I remember correctly.

It had to be a U.S. Hot 100 chart hit or a U.S. Singles Chart hit, since there are so many charts to try to follow.

I'm withdrawing that entry and adding a new one that fits the criteria.

I'm also withdrawing my #10 entry by Tom T. Hall and replacing it with a new one for the same reason.
