Otherwise, I suspect that Klaatu and Gort are running out of patience for this violent planetoid and will lower the boom on us...sooner than later. The hats for some reason just scare the hell out of people. As for rounding up terrestrial aliens, that would be like putting a finger in a dike... The LASD's policy on extraterrestrials is quite simple. Treat them the way you want them to treat you. Then ask them for a donation for the Sheriff's Support Group.
