LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) Who is it?That's a very unattractive picture of Gram Parsons, who was normally pretty good-lookin'. Assuming for a moment that I'm correct, who is this? Any info you can give me about this picture is worth lots of points: LBB Edited April 6, 2009 by Guest
edna Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) That´s a young Gram Parsons... ...and who´s the other one? Looks like the son of Andy Warhol and Brian Wilson... Edited April 6, 2009 by Guest
edna Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Oh, I just saw the spoiler I thought it was some youtube link...
Dappled Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 You were both both right! As for the other one I have no clue. A drummer? Who also sings? In a 60s band?
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Okay, this drummer is perhaps better known for the manner of his death, than for the music he made. L.
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 He was the first drummer in a band that really became famous long after he was gone.
The Seeker Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 He's not one of the Spinal Tap drummers, is he?
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 He's not one of the Spinal Tap drummers, is he? You are good. I'll accept the name of the drummer, or the name of the actor playing him. LBB
The Seeker Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Umm. I'll let someone else google or guess, because I don't want to post a new picture
Farin Posted April 6, 2009 Author Report Posted April 6, 2009 that's John "Stumpy" Pepys, who apparently "Died in a bizarre, unexplained gardening accident" I don't want to know...
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 that's John "Stumpy" Pepys, who apparently "Died in a bizarre, unexplained gardening accident" I don't want to know... Yes indeed. Stumpy is played by Ed Begley Jr, son of the great Ed Begley, from 12 Angry Men, and other classics. Stumpy did die in a bizarre gardening accident, and according to bandmate Nigel... "It was really one of those things the authorities said, ‘Well, best leave it unsolved.’ " Well done. LBB
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 That would have to be click to see.Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth. What a great picture... and a great bass! LBB
Farin Posted April 6, 2009 Author Report Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) that would be [spoilerq:1]click to see[/spoilerq] [spoilera:1]correct btw, I don't think spoilers are necessary in this game, since once one person has the right answer there's going to be a new pic [/spoilera] Edited April 6, 2009 by Guest
LeeBB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Okay, I'm just using spoilers so that I don;t tread on anyone's fun. Now who's this?: LBB
Farin Posted April 6, 2009 Author Report Posted April 6, 2009 that's easy, but I wait if someone else knows them too and wants to have a turn
Farin Posted April 7, 2009 Author Report Posted April 7, 2009 alright, then I'll go again that's the Kraftwerk guys next one might be not so easy (?)
LeeBB Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 (edited) I think it's Joe Strummer, although that was not my first thought (that was Glenn Tilbrook). EDIT: Actually, you know what? I have no idea... LBB Edited April 7, 2009 by Guest
Farin Posted April 7, 2009 Author Report Posted April 7, 2009 (edited) not Joe Strummer, no EDIT neither it's Glenn Tillbrook Edited April 7, 2009 by Guest
