Shawna
I am willing to try anything once. That is as long as it's not something completely weird and disgusting. Sweetbreads are the thymus and pancreas glands of animals. There are two kinds of sweetbreads: (1) stomach sweetbreads (also known as heart or belly sweetbreads), which are an animal's pancreas. (2) neck (throat or gullet) sweetbreads, an animal's thymus gland. ************************ That's sort of weird, no?

Calf brains are an old timey kind of thing, but my grandma used to eat fried calf brain sammiches. Not me. I'm surprised no comment on Rocky Mountain Oysters .... y'all know they ain't any type of fishy thing, right? They are testicles. Fried up, they aren't bad a-tall. Shawna, it surprises me that you know dulce de leche... it´s the typical Argentinian sweet, every argentinian kid loves to eat it every day... ...sweet memories... though I never really liked it.
