  3. ..."Hey Carri Ann...what's your game, now, can anybody play?' :guitar:
  4. Excelent point Jayson..never thought of it like that.
  5. Wow...I guess Catherine has covered all of them! LOL! (just kidding Catherine) Mine would have to be: Niel Young (sorry Amy) Celione Dion Belinda Carlile on her own & with The Go-Go's(she is WAY tone deaf) John Melencamp Shaquera (in English she sucks/in Spanish she's better) I know I have a lot more...drawing a blank right now though...
  6. Cahah, The show has not aired yet...I just had seen a preview for it. It was just really funny! And REALLY sad too.
  7. Okay...so no one else thought the hoax show "WB Superstar" is going to be funny, huh??...FINE!!
  8. Okay..this is something that I have to share...Last night I saw a preview of a new show called "The WB Superstar" I was laughing my butt off! This show is a hoax! ALL of the people who are picked as finalists....SUCK! But they think that they are on a REAL show and will get a record contract if they win. The people who sing decent in the audition DO NOT get picked but the people who sound horrible DO. This show is SO wrong for what they are doing...but I could not help but crack up!
  9. Well it is one of my favorite movies of ALL time. I can watch over & over and never tire of it. Plus, I am named after the Plantation TARA.....
  10. LOL!!! Martika! From KIDS INCORPORATED!!! How funny is that! And yes I am guilty...I loved that song back in the day!...before I knew what "real" music was.
  11. You know...Saturday night I went to a "club" that had bands playing there. I was SO blown away by the amazing talent most of the bands possesed, there was this Ska Band (can't remember the name) but they were really great! They had a lead singer,3 guys on horns, a guitar player & I think a bass player. Wouldn't it be nice if people who are actually talented got noticed and we gave them a little more attention then...oh I don't know...all of these athlete's getting million dollar contracts because they can run and throw...Ladi-frickin-dah! After seeing these local bands, it just made me realize that there is so much "real" talent that goes undiscovered and TOO much "almost" talent being exploided...tragic don't ya think?!
  12. Yes,it does...and you are right it IS fantastic!
  13. 1.The Wedding Singer 2.Forrest Gump 3.Would "The Wall" be considered a soundtrack? I was unsure which came first...the album? Or the movie? If it IS a soundtrack...then I will have it on my list. :: If not, my other favorite would be the "The Crow" soundrack.
  14. Kate, to the best of my knowledge the band-aid is where Marcelus shoots his heroin (rather than his arm)...and what's in the briefcase? From some interview I watched with Quinton,it was supposed to be Marcelus's SOUL or something like that...can't quite remember how to explain it so it makes sense.
  15. Danny Carey the drummer for TOOL!
  16. Scott, I see that you listed "No Quarter"....have you heard the version done by TOOL?? It's live...and it is AWESOME!!!
  17. Okay, curious...do you think this is really a matter of "banning them" or maybe these woman may not be that interested in the profession?? Despite what people may think, no everyone wants to be famous. I mean, being famous there is a very high standard of "perfection" to live up to...for everyone. I happen to find everyone beautiful.
