  8. There was a time when I could listen to Permanent Waves and it would set up the mood with my girl Or like the time Haircut 100's Pelican West Plus played and I couldn't reach the remote 'cause I was too busy
  9. Wow. Earth-Angel might have known this one too
  10. Try this one "Change Your Mind"
  11. The ultimate! THE THE Would you say it: "Dah dah" or "dee dee" :: You could always try Le Tigre, Los Lobos, or Die Krupps
  12. The Manic Street Preachers? The Smiths?
  13. Did you get the album? They have at least 3 other good songs in there. "Change Your Mind" would've been my anthem when I was younger "Mr. Brightside" and "Smile Like You Mean It" are also good trax ::

  15. Chicks don't need make-out muzak 'cause guys are always in the mood for...
  16. Well, here I am like I said before. Try this song and see if it suits your mood Click here. Song starts automatically in 10 seconds.
  17. Bwahaha. "Sock sniffer" Me? I prefer Ann Coulter. Seldom have I seen someone so articulate. Her, I could see anyone being envious of. The only other person who can even come close is Lou Dobbs. Bill O'Reilly barely makes it above Rush Limbaugh in repulsion factor ::
  18. http://maddox.xmission.com/c.cgi?u=bill_oreilly This guy got it right on ::
  19. Try "Cheri Cheri Lady". I liked that one
  20. You never hear Modern Talking in SoCal - unless you're at a Persian restaurant ::
  21. Funny. I'd actually have to coax girls to play any kind of music for anything! If there was music going on, it would probably be something unnoticeable and waaaay in the background like Muzak
  22. Totally Qualities that I don't have, but admire all the same
  23. Hoowee. I can name about a thousand songs with those themes. I had this permanent rain cloud following me wherever I went. Hahaha. One of the best things that happened to me was when I was left behind. It gave me such a different perspective about what being happy is about. I recommend exercise and maybe yoga/meditation. Combine that with some health foods and a good repertoire of existentialist readings from Camus, Sartre, and Kafka, and you'll be able to breathe a little deeper and smile. It's a weird, holistic way of making yourself feel better about yourself. When I get back to my place I can post a song or two in the meantime. I still do enjoy the sad songs on occasion
  24. Time is my favourite album of theirs. That's the first ELO stuff I remember hearing when I was a wee bit babay
