Brad_M Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 This Hard-rock project from the mid 2000's united over 50 artists from the Roadrunner record label.
edna Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 What's "The All-Star Sessions", or Roadrunner United?
Brad_M Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 That is correct, Edna. Roadrunner United was the group name and The All-Star Session was the album title. The album had one minor hit. "The End" peaked at #40 on the U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.
edna Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 Oh, thank you, Google... OK, I'll try t think and will post back...
edna Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 hahahaha, I just answered to your post and I see I was right!! No, not her...
edna Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 She's known as "First Lady of Motown". No one know who's the "First Lady of Motown"?
Brad_M Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 I thought did but you said I was wrong. Back to the search engine.
Brad_M Posted February 25, 2013 Report Posted February 25, 2013 This trio of female singers/dancers from the late '90s, with only one album and one Top 40 U.S. Hot 100 single, met while performing as dancers at New York Knicks basketball games.
Brad_M Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Not Blaque. This all-girl trio released their only studio album in 1997 and had only one U.S. Top 40 hit, reaching #32 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.
berjo1429030949 Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 My guess would be SWV (Sisters With Voices) but they've released a few albums.
Brad_M Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 And SWV also have had many U.S. Top 40 hits. The group's name has two words. First word starts with the letter 'S'.
Brad_M Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 Sister Sledge has four members and many studio albums. I'm looking for a trio with only one studio album. New hint: They were a Geffen recording group.
edna Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 I've checked all the Geffen bands starting with "S". I have no idea...
Brad_M Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 If you checked the Wikipedia list of Geffen Recording artists, you won't find the answer. That list is incomplete. If someone wants to check this list from Ranker, the answer lies within. List of Geffen Recording Artists, page 12
Brad_M Posted March 17, 2013 Report Posted March 17, 2013 That's it! Wow! I literally gave that one away by posting that link but edna was the only one brave enough to click on it.
edna Posted March 17, 2013 Report Posted March 17, 2013 This band recorded two songs with John Lennon on the Double Fantasy sessions but those versions were not released on the album.
