c_s_1987
Nope, don't think there were any misunderstandings involved there. More clues: - The British band's album was their debut album, released in 1971. In Britain the album was self-titled, but the American title was similar to the title of a track from Beatles For Sale. - The American band's album was released in 1970, and it was not their debut album. It was a double album with one live LP and one studio LP. Edited September 2, 2009 by Guest

bazooka
You got it, MindCrime. 'Teen King' was Glenn Frey's nickname, meant to describe his magnetic appeal to younger females. The original Eagles quartet came together as the backing band for a Linda Ronstadt tour, and used the silly name before forming their own group. Acoustic Guitar for $1,000 MTV execs came up with the idea of the "Unplugged" series after seeing the lead singer of this band do a brief, live acoustic set.
