Hi! I'm looking for the title/artist of a song from the movie Georgy Girl (not the theme song by The Seekers). It is played about 1/2 hour into the movie. Alan Bates and Lynn Redgrave are dancing to it. These are the lyrics that I can make out:

While doing a Google! search for "I'm gonna leave her where I found her," I ran into links to the Yardbirds and the Zombies, but nothing solid. So, what other music of the 1960's sounded like the unnamed band performing this "dump city" tune?
