There's a dance song I've had in my head for a few weeks now, one that was quite popular when I used to go to clubs in college (1998-2002). If I remember correctly, there are very few vocals, very happy, light, dancey tune with a guy that sings (in a very happy, excited) voice "Wooooo-hooo!" There might be some instruments playing somewhere after he sings, I'm not 100% sure though. All I remember is the vocals and the beat. If it was playing in clubs it should be on something like Dave Pearces Dance Anthems or Happy Hardcore or similar? Worth a try maybe if you have time to sift through a few samples!
