RonJonSurfer
Report: Zeppelin Planning U.S. Show United Press International The iconic British rock band Led Zeppelin plans to perform at the upcoming Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee, the Daily Mirror reported Monday. The group performed a triumphant gig at London's O2 arena earlier this month. It marked the first time the surviving members of the band had played a full set together since 1980. The Bonnaroo festival is set to run June 12-15. If all goes well, the band may consider going on tour, the Mirror said. "This is the news that will drive their fans absolutely wild," a source told the newspaper. "(The fans) have been bombarding their Web site to get back together for good, but only Robert Plant wasn't keen to commit. Now he's had a change of heart and if it goes well, they are also talking about touring." © YellowBrix, Inc. Copyright 1997-2007 Copyright © 2003-2007 Clear Channel. All rights reserved. TheLizard
There's also a rumor that Dave Grohl will take over drumming duties. As badass as that would be, it would kind of be a slap in the face to Jason Bonham, wouldn't it?
