TheLizard
I'm in music heaven right now. In addition to all the CD's I listed off, I also got "The Definitive Encyclopedia of Rock" (and looking through it, I'm thinking that the title is not an exaggeration. It's huge, and it mentions just about everyone worth mentioning, plus some.) and Eric Clapton's Autobiography. I also got a DS Lite and two games for it. And some money and t-shirts and stuff. Good year!

Lea
2 Rope Candles from DH and a ceramic birdhouse from my daughter. I collect small birdhouses and wind chimes. DH also told me to go shopping and buy anything I want because he had a hard time shopping for me this year. There are a few things I want, so that's not a problem for me. I'm not really into thingsso I rarely shop for myself. He lets me spend as much as I want so it's all good . Last year he got me an emerald and diamond ring so this year I guess he just ran out of ideas What I reaally want is Tim's book
Crazy Don
Mu sister got me a flagpole and a Marshall U. flag for it. (I really wanted a WVU flag as the Mountaineers are my favorites, followed by Marshall) My brother got me a comforter for my bed. I'm gonna save it for a really cold night. I'm afraid my cat will tear it up if he doesn't sleep on it first.
MuzikTyme
Another day with the chance to breathe and think about the ones that no longer . . . Though, I can't quite figure out the Victoria's Secret box (meticulously wrapped) on my front doorstep by FedEX, w/no return address. It've been fine if only the fish-net stockings had've fit. Maybe because they forgot the garters? Oh well, Hah Blumbug, everyone!
MarcM
I got to watch my daughter get excited about opening her presents from friends and family. I was very proud of her for asking Santa for only one thing, and her appreciation and surprise in his remembering that she wanted an animal book. I got to watch her quickly figure out her new "computer" which is helping to teaching her how to read and spell. I got to play "Candyland" with my daughter (I beat her twice...she has to learn defeat, too!)I also enjoyed having my family members that live in the vicinity over for dinner on Christmas Eve. As for presents, I got a box of cigars and a clip thing that mounts to the wall in the laundry room that holds a broom and a mop. I will also be getting a new doorknob for the door that goes from the house to the garage since the old one decided to disintegrate.

Shawna
My son went to stay the night with his dad on Christmas Eve, after no little bit of drama. And when I went to pick him up on Christmas morning, he carried out only one gift... that should have been given to a 9- or 10-year-old (my son is 14). He was looking pretty sad. Until.... he got home with me to my folks' house and saw the pile of about 30 gifts stacked up waiting for him to open... and it took him about an hour to do it. Seeing him smiling like a maniac made my entire Christmas season.
c_s_1987
For some odd reason, I didn't ask for any CDs this year, and unsurprisingly I didn't get any. I guess it's because most of the music I want is not very easy to find. What I did get though: - Rolling Stones T-shirt ( ) - A large quantity of German beer (Weihenstephan gift pack including a Weihenstephan weissbier glass, 1L can of Kaiserdom with a 1L Kaiserdom stein) - Air hockey table - A book - "Dumbest Blunders - Life's Embarrassing Moments" And what I bought as an early Christmas present from myself: A Squier Affinity Stratocaster with Fender Frontman Amp. skybluesky
My mom almost bought a bottle, but neither one of us knows anything about wine, so we went without. I did eat about 4,000 pounds of stuffing, and my mom made lasagna the second night I was at her house.
