After some more research, the name is Witchi-Tai-To. Sorry for doubting you, Bazooka. The Brewer and Shipley version is the one that I was looking for. It's not the oroginal, but it's the one I like best. The oroginal is by, American Indian, Jim Pepper. He wrote it. Thanks for the help.
