The Second Songfactors' Choice Ultimate Top Ten - Round 3

Recommended Posts

I agree edna. They're a long way from being the best Ten from that List. But the voters have spoken.

:)

THANK YOU to those who did take the time to vote.

I would say that Chris would be very disappointed that so many didn't, for whatever reason/s.

Anyway Chris, your efforts to give us a little variety from our regular Top Tens are much appreciated. Unfortunately numbers are dropping off there too.

:P

this list is by far my least favorite. Disappointing. It's sorta like listening to a top 40 radio station.

It seems to me that most of the Tens, and especially the Ultimates, wind up being "common denominator" ( I won't say "lowest" ) lists. The times I've been genuinely surprised by the results have been few and far between (Cornelius Brothers & Sister Rose, Desmond Dekker and a couple of others).

Great job Chris! You worked hard on this, as usual. I don't care for this one either, I must say. Most of the songs I voted for are hanging out in the bottom bunch. I agree with you about Led Zep, but I voted for Whole Lotta Love! I'll take "What Is and What Should Never Be"... :)
