Dappled Posted April 23, 2010 Report Posted April 23, 2010 I was thinking of the setup where the singer just sings (or maybe plays the harmonica once in a whle like Mick Jagger).

Dude, Jagger also plays piano, guitar and bass guitar...oh, and tambourine and marraccas, of course. You really should go see them live.

MindCrime Posted April 24, 2010 Author Report Posted April 24, 2010 Traveling Wilburys (questionable but nevertheless a great song)! Is this in the form of Five-part combos: 1 vocalist and 4 instrumentalists though? I don't think they all played instruments
MuzikTyme Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 I truly not try and think the mechanics of a song that its best singers are dead. Sometimes it's good to throw away the level, framing square, tape measure and just listen to the music completely objectively. Sometimes a person can't hear the music because of the notes. But I agree with what you said, MC.
