Rocker Richie Sambora has moved to replace the judge presiding over his divorce case. The Bon Jovi guitarist filed papers in Los Angeles on Friday - just weeks after Heather Locklear petitioned for a divorce - asking that the judge assigned to preside over his case be removed. The papers read: "The judge is prejudiced against the party or the interest of the party so that the affiant (Sambora) cannot or believes that she (Sambora's attorney) cannot have a fair and impartial trial." Sambora's Estranged Wife Wants Another Divorce Judge Heather Locklear has requested the second judge assigned to their divorce case be removed. Heather Locklear has requested the second judge assigned to her divorce case be removed, just one week after her estranged husband Richie Sambora challenged the objectivity of the first judge. Locklear's attorney, Lance Spiegel, filed a preemptory challenge on Monday, claiming Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas is biased against his client and would prevent Locklear from receiving "a fair and impartial trial or hearing". The court accepted the challenge and the case will be reassigned, according to court documents. Locklear filed for divorce from Sambora on February 2 citing irreconcilable differences.
