Once the seventies ended I lost interest in the 80's music with the exception of bands and artists who came out of the 60's and 70's. This proved to be to my misfortune as I missed out on some of the stuff of the 80's and 90's but then again I do not regret missing the big hair bands nor Bon Jovi or Duran Duran to name a few. Apologies to those who may take offense.

There were some songs from the very early 80's though that I did really like. Devo's Whip It and the Clash's London's Calling and Rock the Casbah were a couple of good ones. I would also look into U2 who has some great stuff.

Lastly, if you can make up CD's instead of tapes it will be to your benefit. Good Luck!
