RonJonSurfer
The Who to Quit Studio "No one plays our music better than us," Daltrey told Rolling Stone. The Who frontman Roger Daltrey has hinted the band may never release another album of new material - because they have "done enough already." The singer is adamant he would love to record a new LP, but insists "it doesn't really matter" as the band have so much previous material to work with. The legendary British rockers haven't released a new studio album since 2006's Endless Wire, despite reported plans to release a record of soul classics earlier this year. But Daltrey insists the lack of new material will not stop the band from touring. He tells Rolling Stone magazine, "No one plays our music better than us. By the end of this year, after we've done this short stint and got Japan under our belts, we'll have a re-think. "I would like to do 'Quadrophenia' (tour) again. I think that tour was way ahead of its time when we did it back in 1996. There's so much we can do, but the road does wear you down." Otokichi
"No One Plays Our Music Better Than Us"=The sales on the last album sucked bigtime, so we're gonna count up our royalties and sulk for a while.
The Seeker
The last album sucked bigtime. I'm glad they're not recording a new one. Tour some more if you want to (but NOT with Quadrophenia), but then call it quits, please
