That was on the episode set in Australia, where an assistant sees a bullfrog, and says he thinks "bullfrog" is a strange name, and he would call them "chazwozzers". Matt Groening takes every opportunity he can to apologise about that episode. He believes their representation of Australia was quite inappropriate. I personally don't care.
