Legendary singer Neil Young has won the Artist Of The Year award at the Americana Honors and Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. The 60-year-old was honored for his latest LP, protest album 'Living With War,' at a ceremony Friday night. James McMurtry won the Album Of The Year and Song Of The Year awards for 'Childish Things' and "We Can't Make it Here Anymore," respectively. Drive-By Truckers were named Group Of The Year, guitarist Kenny Vaughan is Instrumentalist Of The Year. Rodney Crowell and Alejandro Escovedo won Lifetime Achievement awards.
