Iconic singer/songwriter Bob Dylan will release his first new songs in five years this summer, after withholding the material from his recent tour. The enigmatic rocker will wow fans with his new album 'Modern Times' when it hits stores in August. Journalists who attended a listening party in New York City last week signed legal papers forbidding them from talking or writing about what they heard.
