The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has been given the all clear to rejoin the band next month on tour, after recovering from brain surgery. Richards was hospitalized after falling out of a palm tree while vacationing in Fiji in April and underwent brain surgery, putting plans for the European leg of the Stones' A Bigger Bang tour in jeopardy.
