RonJonSurfer
Stones Deny That Richards Had Another Operation "There is no brain damage, there is no paralysis, there was no second operation..." Daily Record; Glasgow (UK) Claims that Rolling Stone Keith Richards has had another operation on his brain after falling out of a tree have been denied by the band. A statement said the 62-year-old rocker "continues to improve as expected" and denied his family was gathered at his hospital bed. Richards suffered a brain haemorrhage following the accident in Fiji two weeks ago. He had an operation in New Zealand, where a hole was drilled in his skull to drain blood from his brain. A spokesman for the band said: "There is no brain damage, there is no paralysis, there was no second operation and there is no bedside vigil." © 2006 Daily Record; Glasgow (UK).
