Levis
We had college today. We were absolutely miserable. It just went on and on and on and time decided to go backwards for a change, so classes were even longer. We had to study leadership for two hours and then two hours of a presentation on some dude who deserves more appreciation than what he got (:sleepy::sleepy::sleepy:). So in the last hour of torture, my friend suggested we write a poem... one line at a time... and see how it turns out. It's 'done' now and I have her permission to show it to you. Here 'tis ( R = me, S = her ) R: sitting in class on a saturday morning S: I tried and tried but just couldn't stop yawning R: Wondering how to wile away the time [Hey, how come only you get to find rhyming words?] S: I was heartbroken at the thought that murdering the first benchers would be a crime So instead I turned my mind to other matters R: Because no one's brain was getting any fatter We had run out of paper for passing notes S: Following the speaker got as difficult as cracking 'akhrots' (walnuts) I wonder what's worse, dying of fatigue or boredom? R: Every successive slide made me feel more and more dumb for wasting my time, my energy and my precious sleep S: But it was a "choice within choicelessness", between the devil and the blue sea deep
