Mike
It's about Time Time - Songfacts For everything there is a season, And a time for every matter under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to seek, and a time to lose; A time to keep, and a time to throw away; A time to tear, and a time to sew; A time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate, A time for war, and a time for peace. ~Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 •The finest workers in stone are not copper or steel tools, but the gentle touches of air and water working at their leisure with a liberal allowance of time. ~Henry David Thordeau •Dost thou love life? Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you. ~Carl Sandburg •Time is Money ~Benjamin Franklin •There are some things which cannot be learned quickly, and time, which is all we have, must be paid heavily for their acquiring. They are the very simplest things, and because it takes a man's life to know them the little new that each man gets from life is very costly and the only heritage he has to leave. ~Ernest Hemingway •Minutes are worth more than money. Spend them wisely. ~Thomas P. Murphy •Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician ~Unknown •Time flies like the wind. PSYCHOcatholic
Someone once told me that time is a predator that stalked us all our lives. But I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey that reminds us to cherish every moment because they'll never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we live it. After all, Number One, we're only mortal. --Captain Jean Luc Picard Star Trek Generations Paramount Pictures, 1994 Edited January 18, 2006 by Guest
