Pharoah
If you were to design a concert containing... 20-30 songs, what would they be? And where? (Make sure the order makes sense; a good starting/ending song) Smoke on the Water - Deep Purple Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen Stairway To Heaven - Led Zeppelin Enter Sandman - Metallica Dreamer - Ozzy Osbourne Imagine - Jonn Lennon 25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago Black Dog - Led Zeppelin Mother - Pink Floyd Help - The Beatles A Kind of Magic - Queen Renegade - Styx Another Brick in the Wall (all prts) - Pink Floyd Separate Ways - Journey We're Not Gonna Take It - Twisted Sister We Will Rock You - Queen Pour Some Sugar On Me - Def Leppard Layla - Eric Clapton Tom Sawyer - Rush Another One Bites the Dust - Queen We Are The Champions - Queen Shot in the Dark - Ozzy Osbourne Is There Anybody Out There - Pink Floyd So... ya. Batman
"Is There Anybody Out There" isn't a song, the song is called "Comfortably Numb." Chris/Waters/Acid would be furious! But I don't really care, just thought I'd inform you. oh, and I'm not going to follow your 20-30 songs rule. In fact, I'll probably have 20-30 bands. Why? Because I'm Batman. Here's my dream concert, it would be a weekend long music festival called Willstock. It would be at a humongous field out in a farm 10 minutes from my house, where the weather is controlled by yours truly, and rock stars are alive if I tell them to be alive! Friday: hard rock day. The concert would start at 9:00, so it would be dark. The first band would be Black Sabbath, who would start off with their signature song, Black Sabbath. After that, they'd play my 4 favorite songs from Paranoid, Master of Reality, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Sabotage, and Volume 4. The next bands to play would be Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Queen, Rainbow, Deep Purple, and Alice Cooper. It wouldn't end until what most people call morning, but who cares, we'd be nocturnal. Saturday: Mix and match. Camping out in the field, we'd wake up at around noon and we'd all cook up some bacon and eggs. The bands that would play here today would be my favorite bands that aren't scheduled to play on Friday or Sunday. These bands would each play about 20 songs, and be Rory Gallagher, Funkadelic/Parliament, The White Stripes, The Who, The Beatles, Nirvana, and Mahavishnu Orchestra. We'd have to end the day early, so we can wake up early the next day. Sunday: Mindblowing day. The crowd and I would wake up at the crack of dawn, and the day would be clear and sunny, except for one cloud blocking the sun (so it doesn't get in our eyes). Bands that would play that day would be Pink Floyd (playing an extra long set, they'd play the albums DSOTM, Obscured by Clouds, Meddle, the Wall, and Wish You Were Here in their entirety), The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Yes, Gentle Giant, Blue Cheer, and King Crimson. And then, once they were all done, Jimi Hendrix would come on stage, with drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Billy Cox, and play "Are You Experienced?", "Axis: Bold as Love," "Electric Ladyland," and "Band of Gypsys" in their entirety. He'd end with a 15 minute long Spanish Castle Magic. It would be the greatest weekend of all time.

"Is There Anybody Out There?" is track #2 on Disc 2 of Pink Floyd "The Wall". Pink Floyd The Wall track listing P.S. Chris/Waters/Acid wants to have a talk with you. He's furious! Brad_M
No way! I've got much different musical tastes than this guy! I agree with that, Batman. I was talking about starting a thread or two or three about anything and everything. But we love you for it!

Well, I was assuming he meant "Comfortably Numb" because he appears to be somewhat of a classic rock n00b, who mixes up song titles, and only has heard the really famous stuff. So in a way, we're both right. I agree with that, Batman. I was talking about starting a thread or two or three about anything and everything. But we love you for it! Oh I see. Well in that case...guess I agree!
