The song "Be All That You Can Be" was written by a man named Jake Holmes. He released a few critically acclaimed records in the 1960s, but failed to become a popular act. He became more successful as a jingle writer throughout the '70s and '80s.

Jake Holmes' style of music defies description (not the jingles). I feel bad for him because Led Zeppelin never gave him credit for the song they stole from him, Dazed and Confused.

Page (although a great guitarist) has ripped many, many tunes. So many obvious ones too like "Stairway to Heaven" ('Taurus' from Spirit) and the one you mentioned (Dazed and Confused).

It's possible they settled this manner out of court but who knows.
