Looking for a song/songs about how leopards can't change their spots...

Well not literal leopards...Hello! Just came across this forum and was hoping I can get some help!  I am working on a project and having some difficulty with finding a song about how some people can't change. Would prefer if it was a classic song( 50s/60s/70s/80s) like Johnny Cash or something.  Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

After some thought, Gogi Grant comes to mind. Pretty much everybody covered "The Wayward Wind" in the 1950's and 1960's.
