  1. I'd like to see Velvet Revolver sing with Justin Timberlake and then when they're done they all kick Justin Timberlake's @$$!
  2. I believe that I play great air guitar to almost every single song that I hear that has a good guitar solo. Especially Free Bird!
  3. Sounds like a fun game. Good way to kill time. 1. The duo grew up together in New York 2. Had a hit song featured in a movie 3. Broke up and recently reformed and are touring
  4. "10-8 = Not a Dime" - Kool Keith (Undatakerz)
  5. I forgot about the Hanson brother and the Simpson sisters. I know who Daniel Bedingfield is but I've never heard of Natasha Bedingfield.
  6. The "Separated at birth" thread got me thinking. What musicians (dead or alive) are related? Here's what I can think of off the top of my head: Ronnie VanZant: Lynyrd Skynyrd Johnny VanZant: Lynyrd Skynyrd Donnie VanZant: .38 Special Bob Dylan Jacob Dylan: The Wallflowers John Lennon Julian Lennon Duane Allman: Allman Brothers Gregg Allman: Allman Brothers Do you know anyone else?
  7. Eminem and Elton John at the music awards. My new band! :guitar:
  8. I would end up listening to pop music for 1 week and then go completely psycho!
  9. Whoa, another Minnesotan! GO VIKINGS!! I would have to say that 25 - 30% of the lyrics sung by John Fogerty are misheard.
  10. "Hello, I'm Senator Aaron and I approve this message..." Do you feel the country has fallen into the hands of the wrong man? Well if you do, vote for the "Anti-politics" party in the year 2016! We'll take over from then on...
  11. I'd sit in the corner with my arms wrapped around my knees slowly rocking back and forth murmurring: "Oh my God, no more pop music. I can't stand the pop music. Why do they have to do this to me? Why do they drive me to insanity? Why? WHY?"
  12. Shinedown - "45" Kid Rock - "Jackson, Mississippi"
  13. Lynyrd Skynyrd: "Things Goin' On" "Simple Man" "The Ballad Of Curtis Loew" Peter Frampton: "Show Me The Way" "Baby, I Love Your Way" Bob Seger: "Night Moves" "Turn The Page" "New Coat Of Paint"
  14. I never said it was original, although on some partial level it may be slightly original. But some of the events in the movie that lead to other events are just creepy. But there is more to the movie then the resulting time travel at the end.
  15. The title of the interview is "The Serious Side of Eminem". Funny, I never thought Eminem had a serious side. It's an interesting interview, not what you would expect from Marshall Mathers. Almost makes you wonder what a rockstar's life is like outside of the music industry. Eminem has a kid, I have a kid. He goes to his daughter's school to pick her up, I go to my son's school to pick him up. Eminem reads her stories, I read my son stories. Almost makes you think he can be a normal person. Check it out. Eminem Interview
  16. By the time we got cable, I think Michael Jackson was mostly on MTV. That and Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer".
  17. I've read this 3 times trying to ponder over what it may be and I can't even think of what it might be. How about a little clue? The only thing I can think of is it's a song from the early 90's or late 80's. My head hurts now...
  18. Donnie Darko is a bit creepy in an odd sort of way. Definitely not scary, but creepy when you think of some of the situations that happend.
  19. Not drugs, but still dies WAY before their time was up: Ronnie VanZant Steve Gaines Al Collins (first went crazy, then died)
  20. This has been bugging me for years. There's a song that I really liked that came out in the mid-90's from a hard rock band with a male lead singer. The only line from the song I can fully remember is: "coming down from this cloud" or something very very close to that. If you have any ideas of what song this is and who sings it, I would be very greatful.
