Farin
(Friday May 05, 2006 12:07 AM) Yahoo! music Keith Richards remains under observation in New Zealand, following his fall from a coconut tree, according to a Rolling Stones spokeswoman. The legendary guitarist suffered mild concussion in the accident on the island of Fiji last weekend, and was airlifted to hospital. However, reports that Richards requires brain surgery and is set to have a drill put through his skull, have been denied by the spokeswoman. She insisted that The Stones are on schedule to begin the European leg of their "A Bigger Bang" world tour in Barcelona on May 27. "He's feeling good and in good spirits", Fran Curtis told Reuters. Richards, 62, is understood to have been involved in some tomfoolery with Ronnie Wood when the fall occurred.
