Yeah - definitely those kind of songs you would put on a "make out tape". If anyone still makes those anymore...

I still make those tapes, but now they're cds.

Any generation... ok

My make out tape is called 'Round Midnight.

Here's the first 5 songs off that cd.

It starts off with some Brazilian Samba...

The Girl from Ipanema - Stan Getz and Astrud Gilberto

Desafinado - Getz / Gilberto / Jobim

Corcovado - Stan Getz and Astrud Gilberto

Star Eyes - Richie Kamuca / Bill Holman

In a Sentimental Mood - George Robert & the Metropole Orchestra

You can't go wrong with Stan Getz and Astrud Gilberto. Hey, anyone notice how Cheval Noir has some great taste in muzak? :beatnik:

"Make-out tape"? They're actually more distracting because I keep turning my head and trying to figure out what band/singer and album the songs come from :headphones: Someone riding in my automobile started to make fun of some of the music I had on because she said it all sounded like "make-out music" heh.

"By Your Side" by Sade

"I'd Die Without You" by P.M. Dawn

"More Than This" by Roxy Music
