"Teamwork" song from 70s or 80s?

A friend of mine insists that there was a song from the 70's or 80's called "Teamwork" or where "teamwork" was a word often repeated. Thinks it was sung by someone like Tina Turner.

I can't find anything anywhere on this.

I remember Hooks and Callahan sang a song in one of the "Police Academy" movies (I think it was "Police Academy III - Back In Training"). The song was called "It's A Team Thing". I'm not sure who actually did the singing (it was a movie, you know). It did sound a bit like Tina Turner, but I would bet my life that it wasn't Tina singing it. Just a shot in the dark, but could this be the song?

(And then I don't remember the rest. It kinda sucked.)

Sorry for reviving this but i am looking for the exact song that was in Police Academy 3. I find it odd that there's no record of it anywhere. And in the distribution credits of the movie, it says Team Thing written by Tena Clark , but no performer. Does that mean that the song doesn't exist outside the movie?
