Verse 1 Shattered and scarred. My feelings are barred. I lost it all, this plight is deep and tall. It was like a rapid blow, I didn?t know, where to go? Where to go. Chorus This world has turned, left me here. All that I?ve got has seemed to disappear. Past or present, the future has changed. Life has turned it won?t be the same. Verse 2 She branded my heart, then tore it apart. Deep in my skin, it seeped to my heart. Etched in my soul, I?ve lost all control. It?s captured my thoughts, captured my soul?. I don?t know where. Where to go. Chorus This world has turned, left me here. All that I?ve got has seemed to disappear. Past or present, the future has changed. Life has turned it won?t be the same. Verse 3/ Bridge I was up on a perch, so ever high. Nothing fazed me, I don?t know why. Now I feel my essence is dead. Every thought is in my head. Like a wound it bleeds, cut so deep. Instead of sleep, I awake to weep. I have to learn, this must burn. Away, Away, Away, Chorus This world has turned, left me here. All that I?ve got has seemed to disappear.
