backinblack09er
I've been noticing that in many led zeppelin songs that there are repeated uses of refrences to 10 years. IE: In Heart Breaker, "Well its been ten years or maby more since i first laid eyes on you..." And Ramble On, "I've been this way ten years to the day, Ramble On", and Ten Years Gone. Whats up with that?
Mike
Not to mention - "Ten Years Gone" the song. It's likely just a measure of distant time, easy to incorporate winthin lyrics. It's a lot of years without being too many! To convey enough distance without excess. My best guess anyway!
ImThatGuyToo
"I got another child on the way that makes eleven." 11 -1 = 10. Spooky, I never thought about it. But I agree that it may be just a decently large number.
