Otokichi 9
I know it's early in the year (nearly mid-September!) to be discussing Christmas, but locally, we're having a spell of "English weather," cloudy with the possibility of rain, lighting, and flash floods. To the point: Do you know of any other artists/musicians who sing Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" complete with the lament about being in "tropical Los Angeles" in late December? Even Bing Crosby launched straight into the song, which I feel is lacks context without the lament's contrast. So, here are the Carpenters, singing the "complete version," which would have made World War II soldiers stationed in the Pacific wish for a little snow and ice. Edited September 14, 2016 by Otokichi I had to find the Carpenters on YouTube...
