I just dont PLAN to be a waiter for the rest of my life! lol If you have good bartending skills, you can make more money from that than from acting (and a lot of it is tax-free if your employer knows how to play the tax game) It's good to have some kind of skill/qualifications to fall back on so that you can devote yourself to acting without having to worry about rent and bills. I know of a few people who've work on screen and behind the scenes, and there are times when there are lulls when you can't get any work in the industry. It's crazy.
