Not Sheryl Crow's You Don't Bring Me Anything But Down, right?

Closer to the Heart is one of the few songs that has songwriting credit to somebody not in the band (Pye Dubois).
The intro to Xanadu is some of the best music ever written. It has an extreme majestic feel to it that you typically only get in classical music like "Air on a G String" by JS Bach.
I quote the first stanza to A Farewell to Kings all the time; it's one of the best political songs ever; it has a timelessness that few other songs do.
When they turn the pages of history
When these days have passed long ago
Will they read of us with sadness
For the seeds that we let grow?

Journey -- Open Arms
Rush -- Red Barchetta
-
Lindsey Buckingham--his voice ain't great, but he works it well
Eddie Money--his voice is just blah
Jon Anderson of Yes... it took some time for him to realize what "on key" means

Michael Bolton

Re-recordings by the original artist are just that... the song was redone in the studio by the original artists. I have a CD by Roy Orbison that is such. It sucks.
The Kevin Garnett commercial uses the original recording.

The headline read 'These are the Worst of Times;' I do believe it's true.
The Best of Times by Styx
-
The band introduced is Country Joe and the Fish .
-
It's also highly regarded as the Best Solo of all time (or most successful Album Track featuring a solo) by many publisicists.
I'd give it "best guitar solo by an outside performer" except that Clapton on While My Guitar Gently Weeps reigns supreme.

Sad Eyes by Robert John
Southern Woman by Styx
-
This Song Has No Title by Elton John
Nasty by Miss Jackson (who's jamming to my nasty groove?)
-
Old Man ~ Mr. Neil Young

Nope. He's their spokesman and they have do some mutual promotions. You can get some exclusive Wille merchandise at Texas Roadhouse online and you can sit in Willie's Corner and eat your steak if you want.
I *think* he might be a partner in one of the Texas locations, but need to google around a bit and make sure.
South Austin; I've eaten there

Imagine a bunch of high schoolers rubbing zippers to such a song. F'rinstance, Motley Crue's All I Need
The blade of my knifeFaced away from your heart
Those last few nights
It turned and sliced you apart
This love that I tell
Now feels lonely as hell
From this padded prison cell
So many times I said
You'd only be mine
I gave my blood and my tears
And loved you cyanide
When you took my lips
I took your breath
Sometimes loves better off dead
You're all I need, make you only mine
I love you so I set you free
I had to take your life
You're all I need, you're all I need
And I loved you but you didnt love me
Laid out cold
Now were both alone
But killing you helped me keep you home
I guess it was bad
Cause love can be sad
But we finally make the news
Tied up smiling
I thought you were happy
Never opened your eyes
I thought you were napping
I got so much to learn
About love in this world
But we finally made the news
You're all I need, make you only mine
I loved you so, so I put you to sleep.

A roundabout is also a gloriette, or a traffic circle. Why some places in America have them is beyond me; it's basically a way of saying "this intersection is FUBAR."
